Administrative Assistance

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes scheduling, organizing meetings and appointments, managing office supplies, drafting correspondences, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.


1. Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner
2. Schedule appointments and meetings
3. Maintain office filing systems and records
4. Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, forms, etc.
5. Receive payments from customers
6. Respond to emails in a timely manner
7. Handle general customer service inquiries
8. Assist with other projects as needed.
